Caroline Catlin is a freelance writer, artist, and mental health worker based out of Seattle, Washington.
Passionate about storytelling since a young age, her writing has been published at publications such as Teen Vogue, Longreads, PANK, Broadly, and Feministing. Her photography & film can be found in Boston Globe, AliveNow, LOAM, and elsewhere.
Her background in behavioral health & trauma has inspired her to incorporate art into the process of caregiving and therapy, as well as to work on reforming the way mental health and disability is portrayed in media.
She is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work at the University of Washington and hopes to continue to incorporate art and creativity into her work in mental health, foster care, and trauma.
She is fueled most by connection, community, and sour candy.
